Ribbon pakoda is simple and delicious snack recipe in india.Ribbon pakoda is crispy and salty.Ribbon pakoda is most commmonly made of mixed rice flour ,gram flour,chilli powder,garlic juice,butter,asafoetida and water.
INGREDIENT FOR RIBBON PAKODA
1.Gram flour-1 cup
2.Rice flour-3 cups
3.Chilli powder-1tsp
4.Asafoetida-1tsp
5.Garlic water-5tsp
6.Butter-2tsp
7.Salt
8.Oil

METHOD
1.Take a mixie,put the garlic [5]pieces,add little water,grind and filtered the water.Now garlic water is ready.
2.In a mixing bowl,add the rice flour,gram flour,chilli powder,asafoetida,butter ,enough salt and mix all ingredient together.
3.Add the garlic water,water little way and make a soft dough.
4.Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
5.Take a hand ful of dough and place this in a murukku maker.
6.Drop the sprial in the hot oil and cook it on a medium flame until come golden colour.
7.Now ribbon pakoda is ready to serve with hot tea.
