INGREDIENTS
Broccoli-1 cup
Oil for frying
Rice flour-3tsp
Gram flour-3tsp
Corn flour-2tsp
Ginger-1/2tsp
Chilli powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Cumin powder-1/4tsp
Any masala-1/2tsp
Lemon juice-4tsp
Oil for frying
Rice flour-3tsp
Gram flour-3tsp
Corn flour-2tsp
Ginger-1/2tsp
Chilli powder-1/2tsp

METHOD
1.Wash the broccoli and cut into small pieces.
2.Take a mixing bowl,add the all other ingredients ,add enough salt ,mix well and sprinkle very little water to make it stick.
3.Heat the oil in a kadai.
4.In a medium flame,drop of broccoli pieces and fry till golden brown.
5.Now crispy broccoli fry is ready to serve.
