CAULIFLOWER 65 OR CAULIFLOWER FRY

INGREDIENTS
Oil for frying
Cauliflower-1/2
Gram flour-6tsp,
Rice flour -5tsp,
Ginger-little bit,
Turmeric -1/2tsp,
Garam masala-1/2tsp,
Coriander pow-1/2tsp,
Lemon-1/2,
Salt,
Other masala-1/2tsp
METHOD
1.Wash the cauliflower and cut into small pieces.
2.Take a mixing bowl,add the all other ingredients ,add enough salt ,mix well and sprinkle very little water to make it stick.
3.Heat the oil in a kadai.
4.In a medium flame,drop of cauliflower pieces and fry till golden brown.
5.Now crispy cauliflower fry is ready to serve.
