Maravalli kizhangu is very low in fats and protein than in cerals and pulses.Cassava actually help to regulate blood pressure.The yucca ‘s nutrition comes from the zinc ,iron, and magnesium,which helps the blood carry oxygen throughoutbthe body.
INGREDIENTS
Boiled tapiaco root-2 pieces
Coconut-5 tsp
Sugar-2 tsp
cardamom powder-1 tsp
cashnewnut or rasin -5

METHOD:
HOW TO COOK TAPIACO
1.Peel the skin of the tapiaco.
2.It cut into medium sized pieces.
3.Take a pressure cooker,add the tapiaco or yucca root,enough salt and cook it for 3 to 4 whistle .keep aside.
4.Drain all the water in the tapiaco or yucca root.
5.Now boiled tapiaco or yucca root is ready.
PREPARATION
1.Then ,mashed or grated tapiaco or yucca root.keep aside.
2.Take mixing bowl , add grated tapiaco or yucca root, coconut,sugar,cardamom powder and mix well.
3.Then using our hands and make it to a ball.
4.Now tapiaco or yucca root sweet balls is ready to serve .
