TAPIACO VEGETABLE CUTLET OR KAPPA CUTLET
Tapiaco is a great replacement for corn starch.It can be used in specially prepared foods.Cassava is known to contain levels of cyanide so the leaves and skin of the root should be avoided.

Oil-2tsp
Cumin-1/4 tsp
Onion-1
Green chilli-2
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Other masala like mutton masala-1/2tsp
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Coriander powder-1/2tsp
Garam masala-1/4tsp
Mint
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Garlic-4 pieces
Ginger-little bit
Tapiaco boiled-2pieces
Mixed vegetable-1/2 cup{carrot,beans, green peas}
Bread crumbs-1/2cup
Maida-5tsp
Salt
METHOD
1.Peel the skin of the cassava and cut to medium sized pieces.
2.Take a pressure cooker add the tapiaco,two cups of water,add enough salt and cook it for 3 to 4 whistle .keep aside.
3.Drain all the water in the tapiaco and mashed{grated}tapiaco.keep aside.
4.In a pan ,put the oil,when it is hot,add cumin,chopped onion,mint,coriander leaves,curry leaves,all masala[chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala,other masala like mutton masala]powders,add grated ginger ,garlic,enough salt and cook it for a 5 minutes.Transfer the mixing bowl.
5. In mixing bowl,add mashed tapiaco,cooked mixed vegetable[carrot ,beans,green peas],add transfer onion salute mixed and mix everything well.
6.Mix maida with a little water and make a thick paste.
7.Then using our hands and make it to a balls.
8.Press the ball to flatten it.
9.Now dip tapiaco cutlet in the thick paste and coat it with bread crumbs.
10.Heat oil in a frying pan.
11.Drop it in the medium hot oil and cook until change golden brown colour .
12.Now tapiaco vegetable cutlet is ready to serve with hot tea.
